Aday yeterlilik birimlerini ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 alabilece\u011fi gibi talep etmesi halinde hepsinin bir arada verilmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<br \/>KAR\u0130YER BELGELEND\u0130RME MERKEZ\u0130 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015fyerlerinde uygulamal\u0131 performans s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, i\u015fyeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131na, makine, ekipman ve benzeri donan\u0131mlara uygun uygulamal\u0131 performans sorusu haz\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>2.3. Malzemeleri aday\/aday\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 firman\u0131n temin etmedi\u011fi hallerde KAR\u0130YER BELGELEND\u0130RME MERKEZ\u0130 temin eder. Sonu\u00e7 www.kariyerbelgelendirme.net adresli web sitesinden yay\u0131nlan\u0131r ve ilgiliye bildirilir.<br \/><strong>4.2Adayda Aranan \u015eartlar<\/strong><br \/>S\u0131nav ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda herhangi bir \u00f6n \u015fart bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<br \/><strong>4.3 Belgelerin Teslimi<\/strong><br \/>Belgeler, belge sahibine imza kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya belge sahibinin talebi halinde, Ba\u015fvuru Formundaki adresine posta veya kargo ile g\u00f6nderilir.<br \/><strong>4.4 Belgenin Kaybedilmesi<\/strong><br \/>Belge sahibi, belgesini ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde kaybetti\u011fini ve yeni belge d\u00fczenlenmesini dilek\u00e7e ile talep eder. Fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belgeleyemeyen belge sahipleri, uygulama s\u0131nav\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan adaylar\u0131n belgesi 5 y\u0131l daha uzat\u0131l\u0131r. Uzatma s\u00fcresi bittikten sonra (ilk s\u0131nav\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten 10 y\u0131l sonra) teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131nav yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>Belgesi iptal edilenler yeniden s\u0131nava al\u0131n\u0131r.
